Food time table for a family

A lot of people get confused of what to cook for their family. This food menu will guide you on what to cook for the seven days for break fast, lunch and dinner.

DAY 1 – SUNDAY

BREAKFAST: Fried plantain and eggs.

LUNCH: Jollof rice and Chicken
DINNER: Fruit Salad

DAY 2 – MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Golden morn with milk. ( Banana)

LUNCH: Beans and Corn

DINNER: Akpu or Semovita and soup of choice and meat

DAY 3 – TUESDAY:

BREAKFAST: Boiled yam, boiled potatoes with fish sauce. ( Cucumber)

LUNCH: Amala with soup of choice and meat

DINNER: Beans and bread.

Day 4 – WEDNESDAY:

BREAKFAST: Cereal (Golden morn, corn flakes, etc.), with Pineapple fruit salad
LUNCH: Whitemeal with any soup of choice and meat
DINNER: Boiled corn with chicken, meat, or fish, and dates.

DAY 5 – THURSDAY:

BREAKFAST: Rice and stew and Paw Paw

LUNCH: Beans pottage.

DINNER: yam and fried eggs. (grapes)

DAY 6 – FRIDAY:

BREAKFAST: Salad with pancakes, milk (mango)
LUNCH: Pounded yam with soup of choice and meat, with carrot
DINNER: Chicken Pepper soup with eko

DAY 7 – SATURDAY:

BREAKFAST: Moi moi/akara/ with pap or tapioca and watermelon
LUNCH: Snacks or sandwich with zobo drink or yogurt
DINNER: spaghetti and fish stew ( pineapple)
